Our promise

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

If you are a consumer in Australia, your purchase is covered by the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it should, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply regardless of any policy on this page, and nothing here limits them. The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 also protects you against misleading descriptions.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at theteam@birdspikes.au with your order number and a photo if you can. We will put it right at no cost to you, and we cover return postage for faulty items.

Change-of-mind returns

If you simply change your mind, we are happy to help with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must come back unused and in resaleable condition, with its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns you cover the return postage, and we refund the price you paid for the item once it is back with us and checked.

How to return

Email us with your order number and we will send you simple return instructions. Please pack everything as carefully as it arrived so it survives the trip back.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving and checking the return.
